Refunds & Cancellation

Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Your order can only be cancelled if it is yet to be shipped. To cancel, please write to our customer support team on support@mysagensoul.com 

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund shall be processed by us within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. 

Additionally, the refunds are subject to the discretion of The One Earth Enterprises and may change in extraordinary circumstances. 

REPLACEMENT POLICY 

The Company will not accept any returns nor initiate any refunds on purchase of the product unless: 

Returns will only be accepted for products that have been damaged in transit or products that have physical defects or in case of incorrect product been shipped. An email with photos of the damaged/incorrect product should be sent within 48 hours from the day of delivery of the products by writing to us on support@mysagensoul.com in order for us to accept the request. 

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used and/or the seal has been broken for the product and/or the serial number has been tampered with. On receipt of the returned product, Sage & Soul will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim. 

Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued. in the following conditions: 

  • Damaged/Incorrect Product Received 

  • Item missing from order 

  • Expired Product Received (Please attach a picture of the product showing the expiry date along with the invoice) 

 If the product is found to be ineligible for return, the product will not be couriered back to you. 

If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back in the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 7-10 working days of receiving the request from you. 

In case a freebie is missing from your order, our team will investigate the issue, and upon verification, a ₹75 gift card/ amount will be issued as compensation. 

For COD orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 working days of requesting a refund. 

RETURN POLICY 

Due to the perishable nature of Tea we do not accept returns on any products, instead we can replace the same if applicable. 

INSURANCE 

The Company shall provide only transit insurance which shall be valid up to the time of acceptance of delivery of the products only. 

SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RETURNS 

Sage & Soul is working with high-speed logistics to provide the smoothest service we can. Due to unseen circumstances, there can be issues that delay the process of shipping which can cause an indefinite delay. Our customer management team will contact you on this basis providing updates.
